Information on Event Photography – Pretoria Photographer

I have been a full-time photographer for ±16 years now. My studio is based in Pretoria East but I travel all over Pretoria for photo sessions.

Photography is my passion and I love working with people.

I use a variety of Canon Camera Bodies and Lenses.

Back-up equipment are always on standby if needed.

During my 16 years of being a professional photographer, I have refined my process as follows:

Pricing and packages are available on this website.

Complete the booking form and pay the 50% booking fee.

I will also forward you an explanation of what to expect during your photo session, what to wear, how to prepare and my Terms and Conditions.

During your photo session I will take as many photos as possible. Afterwards you will receive a link to your secure gallery where you can view your images and download the high resolution images.

The amount of images in the gallery will depend on how much time we had to shoot and how many images your package provides for.

If you are late you will receive less images due to time constraints.

Please note that our packages do not include prints. Only digital high resolution images. You are welcome to order your prints or gifts from us through our online ordering system.

Packages are not set in stone. You are welcome to contact me for a quote that would suit your specific requirements.

All images are colour corrected and digitally enhanced. Any advanced editing will be subject to an additional charge of ±R100 per image.

All images will be in colour but you can also select some images to be in black and white or with a filter.

Please allow ±two weeks for editing to be completed and photo gallery to be uploaded.

A travel fee might be applicable if travelling outside of Pretoria is expected.

I have known and photographed Sharanya since she was one year old.

What an honour to photograph and share in her matric dance! I was overjoyed.

The photo session took place at the University of Pretoria’s Art Gallery – Javett.

This was my second time photographing Marissa and Adam. This time around for Marissa’s matric dance.

Marissa and Adam looked stunning! Their energy and excitement was contagious.

Marissa and Adam have been dating for a while. They are a fun couple and very relaxed with each other.

This made my task so much easier. A lot of the images are spontaneous. The kind of images I favour.

All the images were taken at Masion de Leo in Rietondale Pretoria.

This was my second time photographing Ané. This time around her matric dance.

Ané and her date, Joel, looked gorgeous! The blue dress really brought out Ané’s lovely blue/grey eyes.

Joel and Ané made my job a breeze. They are fun and easy to photograph.

Year End Function for MMI – Pretoria Event Photographer

I look forward to photographing this function every year. Lockdown has prevented me from doing so for the last two years. Needless to say that I was happy to be back on “the job” and to see everyone again.

This time the function was held at The Beach in Pretoria East. Stunning venue with great food and excellent staff.

I recently had the lovely opportunity to photograph 120 tiny little dancers for their yearly dance show. Being a “dance mom” myself, this was right up my alley. I enjoyed every moment. What could be cuter than a bunch of tiny little dancers!

Mary-Ann and Marius recently tied the knot here in Pretoria East on a small holding just outside the city.

This was a small and intimate wedding.

A wedding with a relaxed atmosphere and very few traditional wedding trimmings.

Just a lovely celebration with close friends and family.
