John and Iemke decided to have a very small and intimate wedding ceremony (as this was a second wedding) and asked me to photograph the occasion for them.

Mary-Ann and Marius recently tied the knot here in Pretoria East on a small holding just outside the city.

This was a small and intimate wedding.

A wedding with a relaxed atmosphere and very few traditional wedding trimmings.

Just a lovely celebration with close friends and family.

Jarryd and San-Marí’s Wedding Day – Pretoria Wedding Photographer

Jarryd & San-Marí ties the knot at Gecko Ridge Wedding Venue

Going to the chapel and we’re gonna get married …

It feels like all of this happened very fast. I remember when San-Marí and Jarryd started dating. And getting engaged. Then one day during the lockdown she came to me and said that the date was set. I thought really, you guys just met? I was wrong. It was time.

I felt so honoured when they asked me to be their wedding photographer. They know that I talk a lot and that they would have to spend the whole day with me… And they still picked me regardless.

I of course agreed immediately. Both San-Marí and Jarryd shares the same moral values as I do. Our Christian faith comes first and I just new that we would work well together.

Both San-Marí and her mother Linda plays a big role in my child’s life. They have shaped and formed Daniella’s young life in so many positive ways. This was my chance to give back.

Stuart and Wendy’s Wedding Day

This lovely couple had their original wedding in the UK earlier this year, and this, smaller second wedding celebration in SA for their South African friends and family.

I just love small, intimate weddings. It gives you the chance to talk and celebrate with all your guests. The atmosphere at this wedding was lovely and filled with laughter and genuine love for the wedding couple.

Such a lovely day.

Johan and Nastia’s Wedding Day

I have known Nastia for almost 16 years and I felt rather special that she asked me to photograph her wedding day. Johan is ‘n kind and wonderful man and the perfect husband for my long time friend. I am so overjoyed that they found each other and I can truly see how happy they make one another.

The weather was rather unkind to us on the day of the wedding. We had a typical Pretoria thunderstorm messing with perfect plans. But we tried our best to work our way around it. Nastia made the most beautiful bride, just like I knew she would. The decor and food was spectacular. Small details revealing how much love and preparation went into the planning of the couples perfect day.

Johan and Chané’s Wedding [Pretoria Wedding Photographer]

My lovely cousin recently got married at Glenburn Lodge in Muldersdrift and I was honoured to photograph her lovely wedding day. I have been blessed to photograph most of my cousins’ weddings. It gives me the opportunity to really share their special day with them.

This was indeed a very special day. We experienced a cold front during that week but luckily it did not rain.

Chané and Johan must be very loved. So many people were involved in the planning of this magical day. Chané’s mom did all the flower arrangements and Johan’s sister baked the wedding cake. The bridesmaids were running around and sorting little things out until the last moment.

The bride looked breathtakingly beautiful and the groom looked very dapper in a navy blue suit. But, don’t take my word for this. Have a look at my favourites below, or view all the images under the client proofs.

We took Chané and Johan’s couples portraits before the ceremony. To make it special, Chané waited for Johan in the gardens of Glenburn. It is here, in this very private moment, that the two of them first laid eyes on each other that day. Johan looked more than satisfied….
